Backup

  1. 1

    Export your data

Generates a JSON file containing all your data: players, matches, tournaments, calendar and finances. Share it by email, AirDrop or save it in your files as a backup.

  2. 2

    Import a file

Merges data from a backup file with your local database. New data is added and data already present is not duplicated: re-importing your own backup changes nothing. If you tick only part of the data, the data it depends on (players, calendar, budgets…) is added automatically. For a player already present under another licence, a conflict may appear (see next card).

  3. 3

    Conflict management

If a player in the file looks like a player already present under another licence, the app shows both profiles side by side. Choose, field by field, what the merged profile keeps, licence included: the two profiles become one, and its games, statistics and payments follow the chosen licence. “Cancel” stops the whole import: nothing is written.

  4. 4

    Before importing

Always export before importing an external file. In case of an unexpected error, you will be able to restore your previous state.

  5. 5

    Send the coaching pack

Exports training sessions and progress over a chosen period, to share with a coach or another device, without going through the full export.

  6. 6

    Cleaning backup files

Finds the backup files present on the device and offers to delete them. This is the only irreversible action in this tab: check the list before confirming.
