   Reading the report

   The provisional report is recomputed at each operation: the list of operations, the overall balance (winnings minus expenses) and each member's balance.

   Refunds

   The refund plan says who owes how much to whom, with as few transfers as possible, like an expense-sharing app. When everyone is even, it says so.

3. 3

   Closing

   Generate the final report, or the padlock in the bar, asks for confirmation then closes the folder: the report is frozen and no more operations can be added. This cannot be undone.
