Matches and brackets

  1. 1

    Drawing a round

In a melee, the round is drawn by itself when the tab opens; the arrows move from one round to the next, the next one opening only once all games are finished, and a bye team is flagged. The other formulas have their button: draw the pools, launch the draw, generate the round or all the matches.

  2. 2

    Entering a score

Tapping a match opens the entry: each team's score, no draws; the Swiss system imposes the final score or leaves it free on time. The court is chosen in the same dialog, or assigned by itself if the tournament asked for it.

  3. 3

    Reopening a match

A finished match reopens with a tap: the score is corrected, the ranking follows. After the end of the tournament, a correction also rewrites the club ranking.

  4. 4

    Pools and A/B/C brackets

In a championship, the pools are played first; “Close pools” qualifies the leaders into Tournament A, the others into B — and into C for the A/B/C formula. Each bracket has its matches and its ranking, from the round of 32 to the final; a match waits for its qualifiers as long as the previous round is not over.

  5. 5

    Swiss, eliminations, round robin

The Swiss system pairs, each round, teams with the same record without replaying an opponent, then “Launch the final phase” opens a snake bracket, first against last. Double elimination plays a Winners bracket and a Losers bracket up to the grand final. Round robin generates all the matches at once.

  6. 6

    Precision shooting

Qualifications: a score out of 100 per player, in quick entry or detailed by station; a tie on the qualification line is settled by a tie-break. “Generate the final bracket” opens the final phase: each duel is entered directly or played station by station with “Launch the duel”.
