1. Tournament file
A CSV describing the tournament: name, date, venue, formula, format, prices. Only the first valid row counts; the following ones are ignored, with a warning. “Download the template” gives an empty file with the right columns.

2. Participants file
A second CSV, in the format of the Entries tab import, enters the participants in one go, with their players if the joueur1 to joueur3 columns are filled in. Without it, the tournament is created empty and entries are made afterwards.

Payment status
Each imported participant arrives “to pay” if the entry or the meals cost something, “settled” otherwise — unless the file itself provides a valid status.

Create the tournament
The button creates the file, its calendar event and its participants, then returns to the tournaments menu. It stays greyed out until the tournament file is chosen.
